The Friends of the Brisbane Library invite you to join the Citywide Yard Sale on Saturday, July 23rd from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Your registration fee will benefit the Friends of the Brisbane Library and many programs it sponsors throughout the year.

 

As an incentive to encourage early sign ups, anyone who registers by July 9th will only pay $25! The fee is $30 after that date.

 

If you register by July 15th, your household will be listed in the Official Yard Sale Directory, which will include a map of the city and the address of each registered seller. Registrations will still be accepted after this date, but your address will not be in the directory.

 

The Friends of the Library will publicize the sale. On the day of the sale, volunteers will be posted at the intersection of Visitation Avenue and San Bruno Street distributing the directory.

 

If you live on a street with limited access, have a shortage of parking, or just want to be in the center of town, we have a limited number of space available by the Community Park for an additional fee of $10.

 

After you register, you will receive a Registration Packet, which includes a welcome letter, useful tips, suggestions on how to have a successful yard sale, and balloons with an official sponsor of the Brisbane Library sign to post at your sale.

 

It’s a fun day for the entire community! Great bargains, greeting neighbors, cleaning out clutter and making a little extra money in the process. What more could you ask for? Another special treat, the Brisbane Lions Club will again have a BBQ in the community park.
